How are products made?
We work with a print-on-demand service, which has production and logistics
centers spread across the world. Your orders are printed and
shipped from the center closest to the customers' final address.
How do I track my order?
If your shipping method includes tracking, you will receive a link via email when your order
is shipped. If you have any questions about your shipment, please contact us at espickleball.es@gmail.com.
I received the wrong or damaged product. What do I do?
We are sorry if your product has arrived damaged. To resolve this as quickly as possible, please send usan email to espickleball.es@gmail.com within a week of delivery with photos
of your damaged product, your order number, and any other details you have about the order. We will get back to you with a solution as soon as possible!
